DESCRIPTION OF THE LEGAL ENTITY AND ITS MAIN TASKS
We are Innovactory, founded in 2013 by a team of former TomTom employees who were responsible for the development and rollout of TomTom’s HD Traffic, IQ Routes and Map Share technology. At Innovactory we were using this knowledge and expertise to develop innovative applications and services to support individual travellers during their daily commute, frequent trips and journeys to every destination using a single mobility service. In 2014, we launched our TimesUpp solution successfully into the Dutch market. In 2016, we introduced the second generation of this product, making use of our mobility framework and started to execute multiple travel behaviour change programs. We have built our current mobility framework making use of proven, globally available content like maps and traffic. We have access to this kind of information through our relationship with TomTom. TomTom’s wide range of great datasets and services makes it possible for us to initially launch and test functionality making use of their globally available services, such as routing and geocoding. When functionality proves to be successful for our users, we thereafter iteratively develop our own tailor-made services.
This is where we integrate TomTom’s and others sources to deliver the smart mobility solutions we need for our services.
For this project we deliver dedicated traffic feeds (historic and real-time) the possibility to inject delays and experience the result through our mobility framework.

| Steven Lagerweij (Male), CTO. Steven is the lead architect of TimesUpp and all other products and services developed by Innovactory. A result-oriented architect with a solid technical background and international expertise at e.g TomTom. His strong analytical capabilities help him to bring together the people and the technologies to build and extend our Mobility Framework to deliver suburb services. | |
